Ordering, Shipping & Delivery

Orders recieved before midday AEST Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped same day for expected delivery within 3-5 working days Australia wide.

Privacy & Security

We at Unitrend respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information you provide to us at all times. We collect only the information we require to fulfil your orders, and will not reveal your details to any third party for any purpose, unless compelled to do so by law. We do not keep details of any credit card information. Contact us should you require further information.

Returns & Replacements
​

Unitrend strives to provide you with garments that are of a high quality but if for some reason you are unhappy due to the size, colour, shape or the product just isn't how you expected then please contact us and we will replace or refund the item.

​

In the unlikely event that an item displayed becomes unavailable we will contact you within 24 hours to organise an alternative product, place the item on backorder for you or cancel the order.

​

If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the item's value.

​

Any refunds given will be for the garment's total value and will not include the initial postal charges.

To organise an exchange or refund you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.  The garment/s must still have tags attached and be in the same condition you received it in.

Once you have notified us your are returning your garment/s, place the item in the mail and we will return the correct garment/s to you, or issue a refund as soon as we receive the return.

Trials
​

We understand it's difficult to buy clothes on-line without knowing if it will suit your body shape, which is why we are offering you the opportunity to trial our garments at the cost    of only $14.50 (shipping cost).

All we need from you is the following:

 

Credit card details – including credit card number, expiry and verification number.

You will receive a Tax invoice for $14.50 (shipping costs), along with a list of your trial garments which will be shipped along with the garments.

Please return all garments within 10 working days of receiving the garments (if there is a problem with this time frame, please call us). Information on where to send the unwanted garments will be included in your parcel.

​

If garments are not returned in the agreed timeframe we will debit your credit card on file for the garments sent to you.

You can make your trial request by calling 0414 987 281 or email to customerservice@unitrend.com.au Unitrend uses Paypal,Mastercard & Visa for all online sales. Alternatively over the phone payments can be made by Mastercard, Visa or direct deposit. All pricing of garments are at recommended retail pricing unless items are listed as being on sale. Discounts for bulk orders can be arranged by calling 0414 987 281.

Viewing Orders
​

While we make every effort to completely fulfill your order, items might occasionally be unavailable when your order is selected. We will contact you, so that you can substitute these items if you wish and specify the type of replacement you would prefer.

Updating Account Information
​

By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.
